Quarantine check in and a easy braid tutorial

Quarantine Day 5,254 or something like that.

Ya'll this is getting real.

Between being forced back into stay at home mom life, which I enjoy for about a day, and becoming an overnight homeschool teacher to 3 kids, well, 2 actually. The oldest is self-reliant and ole mom here has nothing left to teach her, so she says. (insert eye roll here). Real talk though I've actually had to send the middle one to her a few times because 4th grade math is no joke!

Anyway, this time is literally just so so crazy and I know I'm not the only one feeling the cray. In order for me to get some of my creativity out I've decided to do what I've always thought about doing but have either sabotaged myself (anyone relate?), decided I didn't have time, or some other lame-o excuse.

I made a hair tutorial!!!!

It's a little lengthy, I talk probably more than you want to listen to me, but all in all I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out.

You can check out the full tutorial in my highlights over on my Instagram, here.

I mentioned in the video the tiny elastics you need to create this braid which I always get on amazon. Most come in black, brown or clear so obviously if you have blonde hair you'll want to use the clear ones and if you have darker hair you'll want to use the black or brown.

This braid is perfect for just about any occasion but works great for 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th day dirty hair when you would normally throw a hat on and go.

I hope ya'll enjoy the tutorial and don't forget to pop in and say Hi over on either of my instagram pages

I plan to do a lot more tutorials soon so get ready!

Happy Friday Loves!!!
